Board of Directors Execute production and business activities of the company
Organization and Administration Department Carry out the work of administration, human resources, personnel organization, salaries and wages
Finance – Accounting Department Carry out financial tasks
Planning and Bidding department Bidding, contracting
Project department Consultancy on project management for construction works:
Technical department Revise documents, products before delivering from company
Testing and verifying department Perform tests, verify quality of construction works; investigate geologically of construction works
Supervision consultancy department Supervision consultancy for construction works:
Survey department Survey geographically  of construction works
Consultant Center 1 Design, prepare project for construction works, prepare master plan for construction works
